Allen J. Wolpert, Chairman of the Board
Allen J. Wolpert is Chairman of the Board of Proginet Corporation, a publicly-traded software company. He was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2007. Mr. Wolpert was associated with Accenture (Arthur Andersen/Anderson Consulting) from 1979 to 2002. During his time at Accenture, Mr. Wolpert was instrumental in helping grow the company's management consulting practice from 5,000 consultants in 1979, to close to 100,000 globally by 2002. Since retiring from Accenture in 2002, Mr. Wolpert has been an investor and advisor to companies in Publishing, Media, and Medical Practice Management. He has appeared on CNBC's Technology Edge, and has been interviewed frequently by leading publications, including CIO Magazine, Insurance & Technology, Future Banker, and The New York Times. He studied Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and received a BA/MPs degree in Health Services from The New School in New York.
Dr. E. Kelly Hyslop, M.D., Director
Dr. E. Kelly Hyslop has been a Director of the Company since September 1996. Dr. Hyslop practiced as a medical doctor from 1969 through 1995 and is now retired from practice. In addition to his role as Chairman of Proginet, Dr. Hyslop is Chairman of the Board of Berkley Resources (publicly-traded on TSXv) and a member of the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Resources (publicly-traded on TSXv). He has been involved with many emerging public and private growth companies as a strategic and financial advisor.
Amit K. Basak, Director
Amit K. Basak was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2007. Mr. Basak is a private equity investor with executive management experience in the fields of investment banking and product sales and marketing. From 2003 to 2007, he was General Manager of Click Tactics, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced marketing services for the Fortune 500. Prior to this, Mr. Basak was Director of Marketing at Compete, Inc., a market-research firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Basak ran product marketing at Yantra Corporation, an enterprise software company in the supply chain planning and execution space (later acquired by Sterling Commerce). In private equity, he worked at ConnectCapital, an affiliate of Insight Venture Partner focused on U.S.-India cross-border investing, as well as at J.H. Whitney & Co. Mr. Basak began his career as an investment banker in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
George T. Hawes, Director
George T. Hawes has been a Director of the Company since August 2004. Mr. Hawes is a private investor. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Midway Gold Corp (2003-present) and Rocky Mountain Resources, Inc. (2006-present). Both companies are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Early in his career, Mr. Hawes worked for Avon and Hurdman and Cranstoun, a firm of Certified Public Accountants (now part of KPMG). Mr. Hawes holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Sandy Weil, Director, President and CEO
Sandy Weil is a Director, President and CEO of Proginet Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and management of the Company.
Mr. Weil joined Proginet in Spring 2008. Most recently, he served as a partner and senior executive at Accenture, one of the world's leading global management consulting and technology firms. During his fourteen-year tenure at Accenture, he held senior management positions in the Infrastructure Outsourcing, BPO, and Managed Reference Data Service practices, with specific responsibility for sales, marketing, strategic alliances, and general operations. He was made partner in the firm in 2003. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weil gained experience in the technology industry at various enterprise software and hardware companies. He holds a BA in Psychology from Hobart College.
Stephen M. Kezirian, Director
Stephen M. Kezirian was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2007. Mr. Kezirian is Vice President at Sprint Nextel where he manages more than 5,000 individuals in vendor and in-source call center locations around the world. His group is responsible for all sales activities through the Telesales channel, as well as sales-support operations for orders submitted through both the Telesales and Web channels. Prior to joining Sprint in 2004, Mr. Kezirian held various positions at Morgan Stanley, J.H. Whitney, McKinsey, and Tickets.com. He holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Harvard University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Stephen M. Flynn
Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary
Stephen M. Flynn is Chief Operating Officer of Proginet Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the Company's day-to-day operations and a number of key departments, including Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Professional Services.
Steve joined Proginet in October 2008 and is a twenty-five year veteran of the IT industry, having spent twenty years at Accenture, one of the world's leading global management consulting and technology firms. He was made Partner in the firm in 1995, and served in that capacity until 2003, leading, variously, the firm's Global Banking Technology, Financial Services Security, and Capital Markets Technology Integration Management practices. Most recently, Steve served as Managing Director, Global Markets System Integration, at BearingPoint, Inc. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President at GoldenSource Corporation, a global software provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions for financial and securities institutions.
Steve holds a B.A. from Binghamton University, and an MBA from Cornell University.

Joe Christel, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Christel is Chief Financial Officer of Proginet Corporation. In this role Joe overseas all accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.
Joe joined Proginet in April of 2009 as SVP of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. Prior to joining Proginet Joe spent the previous 16 years at several different software companies. From March 2008-April 2009 Joe worked as Controller at ProfitCenter Software (a division of Systemax Corp.), a SaaS provider of ecommerce to various industries. Prior to that Joe worked from 1998-2008 as Controller of GoldenSource Corporation, a global software provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions for financial and securities institutions. Between 1993 and 1998 Joe worked as Controller for Ovid Technolgies, a database provider to medical institutions. Joe started his career working in public accounting for KPMG LLP from 1988 to 1993.
Joe holds a B.A in Accounting from Manhattan College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Bohan
Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Kevin Bohan is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Proginet Corporation, a position he was appointed to in 2009. In this role, Mr. Bohan has overall responsibility for the operations and strategic leadership of the company's direct/indirect sales and marketing teams.
Kevin has served as Chairman of the North American File Transfer Access and Management Special Interest Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which created the ISO standard for file transfer. Previously, he served as Director of OSINet Corporation, the non-profit that established interoperability testing for OSI products, as Chairman of the OSINet Promotion Committee, and on the steering committee of several international standards organizations, including the European Workshop for Open Systems (EWOS). He holds a number of industry certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Kevin has been with Proginet since 1989. He holds a BS in Accounting from Iona College.
Tom Bauer
Chief Technology Officer
Tom Bauer is Chief Technology Officer of Proginet Corporation, a position he has held since 2000. In this position, he leads Proginet's development teams, playing a key role in the company's strategic and technological direction with regard to its entire suite of security software products.
Tom has played an integral role in Proginet product development since founding the company in 1987, and was joint-architect of the company's highly successful file-transfer solution XCOM (the product line was sold to Computer Associates in 1990). He has been instrumental in the development of all major Proginet product lines, including CyberFusion and SecurPass, and most recently led the design and development of CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)TM, Proginet's integrated solution for Managed File Transfer.
Prior to joining Proginet, Tom spent several years at European American Bank (now part of Citigroup), where he was CICS Development Manager. He holds a B.B.A. from Adelphi University.

Jack Gazzola
Vice President of Government Sales
Jack Gazzola is Vice President of Government Sales at Proginet Corporation, a position he was appointed to in October 2009. Jack brings to his role at Proginet more than 28 years of sales and sales management experience, and a proven business-to-business track record.
Jack started his career at ADP where he spent 14 years in various regional and national sales positions. Following this, he spent seven years at JBA International, where he was National Director of Sales, contributing significantly to the company's growth and market leadership in ERP software solutions for the+ Global 2000. He has also held senior management positions at both Comshare and Nistevo respectively.
Jack holds a BS in Marketing & Management from New York's Fordham University.
