Support Call Pack

RocketStream Software Support provides enterprise level support incidents for RocketStream Server, Station and Client products. The plan provides email or telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Support Call Pack

The RocketStream Support Call Pack is available for $450 through the web store or over the phone with a credit card and provides five enterprise level support incidents for RocketStream Server, Station, and Client products.  Up to one additional designated customer support contact can be specified in addition to the purchaser. Unused incidents expire after one year. Each call pack includes up to three free key resets for renames, machine moves, reinstalls, etc.

Per Incident Call

Per Incident RocketStream Support can be purchased over the phone with a credit card for $100 per call and provides per incident support for RocketStream Server, Station and Client products.  Free key reset for renames, machine moves, reinstalls, etc. are NOT included. 

RocketStream Client fixes available only as a new downloadable version from the website.

A customer not paying maintenance is not entitled to free upgrades to newer RocketStream versions.
