Kevin M. Kelly
Director, President and CEO
Kevin M. Kelly is Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Proginet Corporation. Mr. Kelly was elected President and CEO of the company in 1994, having served as a company director for more than two years. Under his leadership, Proginet has completed several successful acquisitions, including the mainframe product lines of both Microsoft Corporation and Novell, Inc., as well as, in 2005, the acquisition of Blockade Systems, a key competitor in the security software space.

Mr. Kelly is a seasoned business executive with more than thirty years of systems and business management experience in banking and financial services, consulting, and high technology. He specializes in the merger and acquisition of technology companies.

Prior to his appointment at Proginet, Mr. Kelly served as Chief Operating Officer of CDC Systems, managing an organization of over 1,500 employees. From 1984 to 1992, Mr. Kelly served as Senior Vice President at Nationar Bank, a correspondent commercial bank in New York. Previously, he had served as Division Executive and Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, one of the world's premier banking institutions.

Mr. Kelly took Proginet public in 1995, and in 2000, successfully achieved the company's OTCBB listing (Symbol:PRGF), the same year that Ernst & Young named him a finalist for Long Island Entrepreneur of the Year. He is a frequent public speaker, and has collaborated with the Nassau Academy of Law to address issues on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Kelly graduated from Iona College with a BS in Mathematics, and also from the Chase Advanced Management School.

Sandy Weil
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Sandy Weil is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Proginet Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and management of the Company's sales and marketing functions. This includes the development of long-term strategic initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and the resultant achievement of Proginet's annual sales and marketing plans and objectives.

Mr. Weil joined Proginet in Spring 2008. Most recently, he served as a partner and senior executive at Accenture, one of the world's leading global management consulting and technology firms. During his fourteen-year tenure at Accenture, he held senior management positions in the Infrastructure Outsourcing, BPO, and Managed Reference Data Service practices, with specific responsibility for sales, marketing, strategic alliances, and general operations. He was made partner in the firm in 2003.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Weil gained experience in the technology industry at various enterprise software and hardware companies. He holds a BA in Psychology from Hobart College.

Debra A. DiMaria, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Ms. DiMaria joined Proginet in 2000 after a successful fifteen-year career with Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm. While at Grant Thornton, she oversaw the financial audit process that helped Proginet obtain a listing on the U.S. OTCBB. As Chief Financial Officer at Proginet, Ms. DiMaria has established and implemented various systems and processes to support the company's growth. She is responsible for obtaining additional capital as required, and oversees all financial, legal, and human resource functions.

Kevin Bohan
Chief Information Officer
Kevin Bohan is Chief Information Officer at Proginet Corporation, a position he was appointed to in 2002. In this role, Mr. Bohan oversees several key divisions of the company, including Proginet Professional Services (PPS), Systems Engineering, and Customer Support. He also plays a key role in the company's overall product and technology strategy, in addition to being responsible for the company's corporate technology infrastructure.

Mr Bohan sits on the Board of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Software Vendor Alliance, an association committed to advancing the PCI Data Security Standard in payment processing and financial services. Proginet is one of the original founding members of the PCI Alliance. Mr. Bohan has also served as Chairman of the North American File Transfer Access and Management Special Interest Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which created the ISO standard for file transfer. Previously, he served as Director of OSINet Corporation, the non-profit that established interoperability testing for OSI products, as Chairman of the OSINet Promotion Committee, and on the steering committee of several international standards organizations, including the European Workshop for Open Systems (EWOS). He holds a number of industry certifications, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mr. Bohan has been with Proginet since 1989. He holds a BS in Accounting from Iona College.

Tom Bauer
Chief Technology Officer
Tom Bauer is Chief Technology Officer of Proginet Corporation, a position he has held since 2000. In this position, he leads Proginet's development teams, playing a key role in the company's strategic and technological direction with regard to its entire suite of security software products.

Mr. Bauer has played an integral role in Proginet product development since joining the company in 1987, and was joint-architect of the company's highly successful file-transfer solution XCOM (the product line was sold to Computer Associates in 1990). He has been instrumental in the development of all major Proginet product lines, including CyberFusion and SecurPass, and most recently led the design and development of CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)TM, Proginet's integrated solution for Managed File Transfer.

Prior to joining Proginet, Mr. Bauer spent several years at European American Bank (now part of Citigroup), where he was CICS Development Manager. He holds a B.B.A. from Adelphi University.

Arne H. Johnson
Senior Vice President
Arne Johnson is Senior Vice President of Proginet Corporation, having been elected to the role in 2003. Mr. Johnson joined Proginet in 1997, serving for several years as Vice President of Product Development and Marketing, where he played a key role in the development of Proginet's core product lines, in addition to its go-to-market strategy. He has also had responsibility, in this time, for Strategic Planning and Global Alliances.

Mr. Johnson brings to the management team over thirty years of expertise in systems technology, strategic planning, and general management. Previously, he served as Vice President of Corporate Systems at Chase Manhattan Bank, Senior Vice President of the Information Management Group at Nationar, and Managing Director of the Integrated Systems Products Division at Savings Banks Trust Company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson served as an electrical engineer for Grumman Aerospace, where he worked on the Lunar Module program, as well as being a principal of the Huntington Consulting Group.

Mr. Johnson earned a BS degree in Systems Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1969, and an MBA in Management from the Pace University Executive MBA program in 1981.

Jack Gazzola
Vice President of Sales
Jack Gazzola is Vice President of Sales at Proginet Corporation, a position he was appointed to in October 2003. Mr. Gazzola brings to his role at Proginet more than 28 years of sales and sales management experience, and a proven business-to-business track record. As Vice President, he has overall responsibility for the operations and strategic leadership of the company's direct and indirect sales teams.

Mr. Gazzola started his career at ADP where he spent 14 years in various regional and national sales positions. Following this, he spent seven years at JBA International, where he was National Director of Sales, contributing significantly to the company's growth and market leadership in ERP software solutions for the Global 2000. He has also held senior management positions at both Comshare and Nistevo respectively.

Mr. Gazzola holds a BS in Marketing & Management from New York's Fordham University.
