Project Overview

Proginet serves a number of customers in the government sector including state and federal agencies. Most recently, a federal agency requires a secure file transfer product with strong security and encryption; they chose Proginet's CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)™ over a number of competitors.

Accurate and timely information was critical to this federal agency; as such, file transfer played an integral role in its intelligence initiatives.

From a security perspective, CFI offered significant advantages: secure protocols including SFTP, FTP/SSL, and HTTP/SSL, and payload encryption with a number of FIPS-2 certified encryption libraries including DES, 3DES, BlowFish, BlowFish Long, and AES (Rijndael). Furthermore, CFI delivered granular access control, out-of-the-box support for single sign-on (SSO), and authentication against local OS, database, LDAP, or AD.
