Major Government Agency Successfully Deploys Proginet’s Managed File Transfer Solution at All Fifty States

Garden City, N.Y.— January 12, 2010 — Proginet Corporation [OTCBB: PRGF], a world leader in multi-platform file transfer solutions, today announced that CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)®, the Company’s flagship solution for managed file transfer, has been successfully deployed by a large federal agency (“the agency”) in all fifty U.S. states, as well as in four U.S. territories and at a select network of business partners.

The agency was looking to reduce costs and replace its legacy managed file transfer system and had selected Proginet’s CFI in a competitive bid process. They planned to roll out the new technology over an eighteen-month period. The solution is now successfully deployed across the agency’s extended network, which comprises Windows, Unix, and Mainframe computers, and is being used for mission-critical file transfers both internally and externally.
